Adobe reports record revenue (again) + list of Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop alternative

This is my sixth "Adobe reports record revenue (again)" post and while I am very happy that Adobe is doing well, I think they should bring back the standalone licensing option for their photo editing software if they really care about their customers (they won't and they don't) - not everyone wants to be locked to a monthly payment plan forever.

The new Voigtlander Nokton 50mm f/1.2 Aspherical VM lens now available for pre-order

The new Voigtlander Nokton 50mm f/1.2 Aspherical VM lens for Leica M-mount is now available for pre-order in the US at B&H, Amazon and Adorama.

The lens doesn't come with a lens hood - both the Voigtländer LH-8 and Voigtländer LH-10 lens hoods are compatible and sold separately. Additional coverage of this lens can be found here.
