Canon had a very confusing announcement for their latest PowerShot V1 compact camera. Here is some additional information I was able to gather online:

  • The new Canon PowerShot V1 will be released in late April 2025 in the Asian market only for now (Japan China, Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan,).
  • The camera is already listed at B&H Photo, so there is a chance that the V1 model will come the to US.
