
Camera Insider reports that Panasonic will announce a new LUMIX all-in-one zoom lens for L-mount next week for the CP+ show in Japan. The lens is already listed on the latest roadmap as a travel zoom (probably 28-200mm):

The previously reported Panasonic S-series lens roadmap for L-mount is now officially announced – two new lenses were added:

Panasonic China has scheduled an L-mount related press conference for August 10 at 1:00 pm at the P&I show exhibition area (Photo & Imaging Shanghai 2023). We will probably see some new L-mount product announcements. I expect several new products announcement in the next few days (Tamron and maybe even Nikon). Via LeicaRumors

There is talk online that Blackmagic will announce a new L-mount cinema camera. Blackmagic is not yet a member of the L-mount alliance – the official members as of today are Leica, Sigma, Panasonic, Leitz, and DJI. Blackmagic currently offers several cinema cameras in different mounts.

Panasonic Japan announced a price reduction on five zoom S lenses for L-mount.
