The Mitakon Speedmaster 135mm f/1.4 lens is now listed at zyoptics.net. The price is $2,999. Only 100 pieces will be produced. Shipping is expected to start in early 2016. Here are the lens specifications:

    Mitakon will soon announce a new 135mm f/1.4 lens that will be available for Sony FE, Canon (pictures above) and most likely Nikon mounts. Stay tuned for additional details.
