Pentax 645D should be available for sale in Japan in 2 days (June 11th). A new Pentax rumor came from PMA Australia: “K20D replacement (not called the K30D) will be 21 megapixels and announced around Photokina.”

Akihabaranews (more pictures available) got one of the first first Pentax 645D units for testing. Expect detailed report from them in the next two weeks. Amazon Japan list the 645D to be available on May 30th, 2010.

There were already some rumors that the Pentax 645D will be available in Poland and now Quesabesde seems to have a confirmation that the medium format camera will indeed come to Europe after the summer with a price tag of 7.000 Euros.
