Is this the Sony NEX 7?

This is suppose to be the NEX 7 camera from Sony with an EVF. I was already told that the NEX 7 will have a different look, but I am not sure I believe the two wheels design on the right.

Even the A200 looks better, but what I would like is the return of Minolta’s two dials – one for modes and another for quick changes to iso etc.

According to my math teacher girlfriend, two negatives make a positive. So by your statement, we should be able to turn it on!

Those two dials are junk – turn the left to the right and you’ll hit the right one.

My first digital camera was a Minolta 7i -which I used on a trip from Miami to Quebec and another through Tibet to Nepal. I would be quite nostalgic if they reinvented that wheel.

Or they could go funky again :

Looks like a lens carrier! Why doesn’t one of these guys just reverse engineer a Contax G2 into a digital?

I don’t think it’s a NEX: it actually looks like a camera (sort of)

I’ve got two questions for the admin:
    1. How come you always take stuff from Sonyalpharumors but never sign them?
    2. Are you going to delete this post? ;)

SAR took this image from the Italian forum, otherwise the image would be covered with their website name. I did give credit to the Italian forum who is the original source of the image. I don’t know why SAR did not give credit to the same forum. Do your research next time before you blame somebody.

An EVF and aperture and shutter speed dials like the X1 would absolutely have me buying one for use with my Leica M lenses.

BUt what use would the Aperture dial have with a M series lens? The aperture in controlled on the lens on that system
