The latest patents from Pentax and Panasonic

Pentax filed a patent 201048084 in Japan for a 90mm f/2.8 (medium format) and 60mm f/2.8 (full frame) macro lenses.

Panasonic filed a patent 201042927 in Japan for a new 3.4-17mm f/2.0-5.6 lens (19-95mm equivalent) that will probably be used in a point and shoot cameras (1/2.3 sensor). The lens consists of 11 elements in 9 groups.
