Leica releases two more SL mirrorless lenses (75 f/2 and 90 f/2), announce a new SL prime (50mm f/2)


Today Leica officially released two more of their SL mirrorless lenses (APO Summicron-SL 75mm f/2 ASPH and APO Summicron-SL 90mm f/2 ASPH) and announced one new SL lens (Leica APO Summicron-SL 50mm f/2).

Here is the full list of Leica SL lenses (5 primes and 3 zooms):

  • Leica Summicron-SL 35mm f/2 ASPH (coming in late 2018)
  • Leica APO-Summicron-SL 50mm f/2 ASPH (coming in late 2018)
  • Leica APO-Summicron-SL 75mm f/2 ASPH (available for pre-order)
  • Leica APO-Summicron-SL 90mm f/2 ASPH (available for pre-order)
  • Leica Summilux-SL 50mm f/1.4 ASPH (in stock now)
  • Leica Vario-Elmarit-SL 24-90mm f/2.8-4 ASPH (in stock now)
  • Leica APO-Vario-Elmarit-SL 90-280mm f/2.8-4 (in stock now)
  • Leica Super-Vario-Elmar-SL 16-35mm f/3.5-4.5 ASPH (coming in April 2018)



Leica recently dropped the price of their SL mirrorless full frame camera by $500 to $5,995.
