The Fujinon XF 200mm f/2 lens is "coming soon" according to a new teaser by Fuji that shows the lens mounted on the latest X-H1 camera:

The Fujinon XF 200m f/2 lens will be priced between $4,900 - $5,000 (for comparison: one of the sharpest Nikon full frame lenses, the Nikkor 200mm f/2 is priced at $5,696.95)
The Fujinon XF 200m f/2 lens will not be compatible with the 1.4x and 2.0x teleconverters
There will be a new teleconverter compatible with the XF 200mm lens and they will priced around 900-1,000$ (total price of XF 200mm lens + teleconverter will be around $5,800 - $6,000)
