Leica and Panasonic announcements next week (L-mount)

New L-mount product announcements from Leica and Panasonic are expected next week:


Leica is expected to announce their new SL2 full-frame mirrorless camera with L-mount. You can see the latest rumored SL2 specifications here.


Panasonic will also have several L-mount product announcements next week:

  • Panasonic Lumix S 16-35mm f/4 lens
  • Panasonic Lumix S 70-200mm f/2.8 lens
  • New Panasonic GH5/GH5S/G9 firmware updates
  • Possible also a new S1/S1R/S1H firmware updates (not confirmed)
