Sony hit an all-time low Alpha camera sales

Sonyreconsidered is tracking the Sony camera sales over time and posted some interesting graphs based on the latest Q4 FY19 financial reports (click for larger view):

"It doesn’t take an analyst or business insider to predict that camera sales will likely decline year-over-year until some form of bottom is found. Sony shipped 3.6 million Alpha cameras in FY18, and though some hoped for it be the year they hit bottom and sales plateau, FY19 camera sales dipped by another 800K, down to 2.8 million. This is relatively consistent with the dip between FY17 and FY18."
