Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 150-400mm f/4.5 TC1.25X IS PRO lens is delayed because of high demand (LOL)

The Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 150-400mm f/4.5 TC1.25X IS PRO lens is delayed because of a large number of customers who ordered the lens... I would be curious to know how many people actually dropped $7,500 for this lens. Another entry for my (wall of shame) collection of photo gear that has greatly exceeded expectations and received so many pre-orders:

Most of the reservations for "M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 150-400mm F4.5 TC1.25x IS PRO" scheduled to be released on January 22, 2021 have been made by a large number of customers. It is not expected to be delivered on the release date. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the large number of orders we received, and we deeply apologize for the time it takes to deliver the products. (source: Olympus Japan)

If you haven't reserved your $7,500 Olympus MFT lens, hurry up and do so at Adorama or B&H.
