Sony develops the world’s first stacked CMOS image sensor technology with 2-layer transistor pixel


Sony announced the development of the world’s first stacked CMOS image sensor technology with 2-layer transistor pixel that widens the dynamic range and reduces noise by approximately doubling saturation signal level.
