The previously rumored OM-1 camera and two new MFT lenses are now officially announced, but I still fail to see the "wow" factor except the price tag of $2,199.99... Oh, and yes, the new OM-1 still has a 20MP sensor in 2022. I guess OM System never understood why Olympus failed in the first place.
Update: the OM-1 uses a new Sony Quad Bayer sensor.
The official OM System website is still not updated with the new products - not a good start... stay tuned, I will update this post once I find more info on the new camera and lenses (most details leaked already).
