New Venus Optics Laowa CF 8-16mm f/3.5-5 C-Dreamer ultra-wide-angle zoom lens coming on Monday (E/X/Z/R/EFM mount)

On October 9 Venus Optics will announce the previously reported Laowa CF 8-16mm f/3.5-5 C-Dreamer ultra-wide-angle zoom lens (see lens specifications here). Here are the details:

  • APS-C lens for  Sony E, Fuji X, Nikon Z, Canon RF, and EF-M mount versions
  • All-metal material housing with a focus ring, a zoom ring, and an aperture ring
  • 16 elements in 12 groups
  • Minimum focusing distance: 0.2 meters
  • Filter size: 86mm
  • Dimensions: 88.4 x 88.53mm
  • Weight: 463g
