Announced: Leica D-Lux 8 camera


The previously rumored Leica D-Lux 8 camera is now officially announced:

  • Unique Leica design and user interface inspired by the Leica Q
  • First D-Lux to feature DNG RAW file format
  • Seamless connectivity with the Leica FOTOS App
  • 24-75mm equivalent lens
  • 4/3“ CMOS sensor 21MP (17MP effective)
  • New accessories collection

Of course, the Leica D-Lux 8 camera did not come with an APS-C sensor:

The Leica D-Lux 8 will not have an APS-C sensor and a fixed prime lens (obviously)
