Profoto vs. Godox LED smartphone lights: who was first?

A few months ago Profoto was accusing Godox of patent infringement. Last week Profoto announced their new C1 smartphone "studio lights". A day earlier Godox announced their own "Round RGB Mini Creative Light R1 RF1". So who copied who this time?
