Sony IM671AQR 43MP BSI 8k sensor – real or fake?


I am not convinced this sensor is real, but here is the rumor - FujiAddict found a reference online for a new Sony IM671AQR 43MP BSI sensor that can do 8k 12-bit video with a high-speed readout. In addition, the new sensor is supposed to have stacked DRAM and up to 16-bit A/D conversion for stills. Here are the details (click for larger view):


I just have seen too many made-up fake Sony sensor specs in the past and I have a hard time believing this one is real. What say you?
