The Chinese website cnbeta.com published the specifications of a 2/3" curved Sony sensor coupled with a 20mm f/1.2 lens. This specific setup is designed for a cell phone camera. Sony is also rumored to announce a RX1 replacement that will feature a full frame curved sensor. There is a good chance that Nikkei's report on the new Sony curved sensor from earlier this month was for this 2/3" sensor and not for a full frame version.
