→ Fujifilm also announced a new Instax Wide 300 instant film camera and different colors for the Instax Mini 8 (raspberry and grape) and Instax Mini 90 (in brown).
→ Sony announced the world’s first 35mm full frame lens with power zoom capability: FE PZ 28-135mm f/4 G OSS lens ($2,499). They also introduced two new cameras: PXW-X200 XDCAM handheld camcorder (check pricing and availability) and FS7 compact 4k XDCAM camera with Super 35 CMOS sensor. Here are the lens specifications:

→ In addition to the WG-M1 "adventure" camera, Ricoh also announced a matching new... WG watch (see more Ricoh watches here):
"No, it’s not a smart wearable, but a regular timepiece that embodies the rugged qualities of a WG camera. It’s waterproof, and has an LED light to illuminate the face. Available in black, orange, and blue, the WG Watch is made of stainless steel with a rotating bezel and sapphire glass front. The nylon “NATO strap” completes that rugged, outdoors look. The WG Watch uses inductive charging that gives the battery a full charge of one month. The watch will also be available in October 2014, for $300."

→ The Chinese company Zhongyi Optics (producers of Mitakon lenses) announced two new lenses for mirrorless cameras in Photokina 2014: 42.5mm f/1.2 & 24mm f/1.7 for Sony E / M43 / Fuji X mounts. Those lenses look like an exact copy of Leica M lenses.
