What to expect from Sony in the next few weeks

As I already reported previously, Sony did not announce any photography gear at the CES and CP+ shows. In the next few weeks Sony will release/start shipping some of their latest products and will most likely officially announce some of their new FE full frame mirrorless lenses:

  • March 12th: the Sony FE 24-240mm f/3.5-6.3 OSS lens will be released (see hands-on video above)
  • March 6th: Sony α7 II + FE 28-70mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS zoom lens kit will start shipping
  • February 24th: new Sony action cameras will be announced in Japan (FDR-X1000V and HDR-AS200V)
