Sony announced several new APS-C sensors with global shutter. The most interesting in the list is the MX342LLA/LQA: a 31.49MP APS-C sensors with global shutter that can potentially be used in the a65000 replacement (update: this sensor is not designed for photography, see this discussion from June).
