Clarification: Venus Optics has two new lenses: Laowa FF II Argus 35mm f/0.95 (full frame) and Laowa Argus 33mm f/0.95 CF APO (APS-C)

In my previous posts I incorrectly reported that the new Laowa FF II Argus 35mm f/0.95 is a replacement for the Laowa Argus 33mm f/0.95 CF APO lens.

The Laowa FF II Argus 35mm f/0.95 lens (pictured above) is full frame and will be announced very soon (for Sony E, Nikon Z, Canon RF).

The Laowa Argus 33mm f/0.95 CF APO lens is APS-C and was announced a few months ago – it is now available for pre-order for Fuji X, Sony E, Nikon Z, and Canon R mounts.
