
There is a new PIXII camera teaser and it seems that it is for a new camera with a Leica M-mount (just my guess). Stay tuned for more details.

The sensor inside the new Zeiss ZX1 full frame camera is developed by Zeiss and is “perfectly” matched to the fixed 35mm f/2 lens, also designed by Zeiss (something similar to the Sony RX1 – one of my all-time favorite cameras). Photographyblog published pictures of a new Samyang 10mm f/3.5 full frame DSLR lens that will be available for both Nikon and Canon DSLR mounts – this is the world’s widest full-frame lens and it is expected to be released in 2019. The Samyang 10mm f/3.5 lens has a zero distortion recti-linear design and glass mold aspherical lens elements.

Sony did not announce a new a7S III mirrorless camera or an a6500 replacement at Photokina. In a recent interview with Cinema5D, Sony Senior Manager Yutaka Iwatsuki who is responsible for product planning said that the Sony a7S III will go beyond customers’ expectations, but it still requires a lot of work:
