Tamron also has a teaser for two new lenses

Just like Sigma, Tamron also has posted a teaser on their website and Facebook page for two new lenses that will be announced for the CP+ show in Japan on February 22nd. Last year Tamron announced two new prime lenses (45mm and 35mm). My guess is that the new lenses will be from the same line – there is already a patent for a Tamron SP 85mm f/1.4 Di VC USD lens.

ZY Optics released a new and improved Zhongyi Mitakon Speedmaster 35mm f/0.95 Mark II mirrorless lens

ZY Optics released a new and improved Zhongyi Mitakon Speedmaster 35mm f/0.95 Mark II lens designed for Sony E, Fuji X, Canon EOS-M mirrorless cameras (no MFT). The price of the new version is $799 (available for pre-order now).

At least two new Sigma lenses rumored to be announced on February 23rd

What else is new?

→ New Adobe Bridge CC version released with improved performance.

→ Kipon announced a new auto-focus adapter with interchangeable graduated ND filters (four steps). Shipping will start before March 15th. The price is $428.

→ Tamron’s CEO resigned. Apparently things are not going well. Expect some changes once the CEO takes over.

→ Canon PowerShot G9 X camera’s sensor tested at DxOMark.

→ Bug in Adobe Creative Cloud deletes Mac user data without warning.

Canon power zoom adapter (no additional information available)
