In addition to the Olympous E-P3 and E-PL3, the Japanese website Digicame-info reported also that Panasonic will be announcing a new "mini-GF" Lumix Micro Four Thirds camera. The new camera (GF3?) is expected to be smaller in size than the current GF2 model and of course will come in multiple colors. In a way, this makes sense since the latest G3 was 25% smaller in size compared to previous models and Panasonic may use the same strategy for the GF product line.
Last month Panasonic UK confirmed that they are working on a new Leica branded 25mm f/1.4 lens for Micro Four Thirds. There is a good chance that the new lens will be announced together with the new GF3 camera.
June should be an interesting month since Leica, Sony, Olympus, Samsung and now potentially Panasonic are all preparing to announce new cameras.
