Samsung NX20 announcement next month?

  I received a tip that the release date for the Samsung NX20 mirrorless camera will be in the second half of February, 2012. The camera will start shipping in April (for Asia) and May (for Europe/US). Samsung will also announce new NX lenses, flash unit and filters.

Canon 5D Mark III, 200-400mm, 600mm prototypes spotted in Kenya?

Sony to acquire newly issued Olympus stock

Sony develops next-generation back-illuminated CMOS sensor with RGBW coding and HDR movie function, Canon files a patent for a large BSI sensor

Today Sony announced their next generation back-illuminated CMOS sensor with “RGBW Coding” that will enabling clear shooting in low light conditions: The new sensor features also a new HDR Movie function: Canon recently also filed a patent (2012-15275) for a large size back-illuminated CMOS sensor.
