Adobe is working on a Lightroom app for iOS devices with RAW file support for editing images. The app is still under development, but here is a quick demo from the The Grid with Scott Kelby:

Hm… I wonder how it will hold against competition, cause there are already some apps supporting RAW development. Interface doesn’t seem particularly quick to use…. we’ll see how it goes.

Instead of making a iOS Lightroom, why don’t they improve the speed of the Lightroom and improve how it uses the power of your CPU, memory, GPU and HDD/SSD. Now, Lightroom takes quite a lot of power from the machine and still there’s a lag when you adjust the sliders. No GPU support…Adobe, it’s 2013! Lightroom 4 uses quite a lot of RAM so I would like to see improvement how the software uses resources.

And yes, my PC is with i7, 16GB, SSD for OS and software and also, SSD + HDD where I’ve got 64GB SSD as a cache for my 3TB HDD.

Have you even watched the video. It’s just a tech-demo. The interface is nothing near the final product.
