New Olympus camera to be announced in the next few weeks

In addition to the M.Zuiko Digital 17mm f/1.2 PRO and 45mm f/1.2 PRO lenses (already registered), Olympus will also announce a new (PEN?) camera in the next few weeks - probably before, during or after the upcoming PhotoPlus show.

A new Olympus camera was recently registered with the Taiwan NCC agency (IM008):

  • Company name: Olympus Corporation
  • Product Type: Digital Camera
  • Battery: BLS-50
  • Battery charger: BCS-5
  • USB cable: CB-USB 12
