Next week, on March 4th, Sony will announce new FE full frame lenses – you can see above the first official images of the 24-240mm f/3.5-6.3, 28mm f/2 and Distagon T* 35mm f/1.4 FE lenses (still not sure if the FE 90mm Macro lens will also be announced next week). Shipping in Japan will start on March 12, 2015.

Some of the new Sony EF lenses are already listed on eBay – you can get an idea on the retail pricing.

Rumors: the Pentax full frame DSLR camera to start shipping in October with a 2,000 Euros price tag

Tiendapentaxeros reports that the Pentax full frame DSLR camera is supposed to start shipping in October this year with a 2,000 Euros price tag (around $2,200, US prices are usually lower). Ricehigh believes that this information is correct since Tiendapentaxeros has a very good connection with Pentax headquarter.

After layoffs and a new $50 million investment, Lytro will concentrate on virtual reality and video
