Pentax Australia posted on their Facebook page that they will have more updates/announcements for their full frame DSLR camera "closer to November" (I assume they mean shipping in November).
→ Olympus will release firmware updated v3.1 for the OMD E-M1 camera on June 16.

The previously leaked Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM prime lens is now officially announced. The price is $125. Adorama and B&H are currently taking pre-orders. Shipping starts on May 21st, 2015 Here is the lens specifications summary:
According to the B&H listing, the lens hood is not included - you have to purchase is separately (model ES-68, price: $26.95). The lens cap is included (model E49, price: $9.95). Canon also released a new 49mm protect filter.
