Next year (2023) Sigma is rumored to announce a new 60-600mm f/4.5-6.3 DG DN OS Sports lens for Sony E-mount and their first lens for Nikon Z-mount (see previous rumors).

Signa already has a 60-600mm f/4.5-6.3 lens for DSLRs and Sigma SA mount, so I assume the new/upcoming E-mount lens will be based on the same lens:
