Today Funleader started to sell a new lens conversion based on the Contax Zeiss Planar T* 45mm f/2 G lens. Only 300 converted lenses are available (first come, first served) and worldwide shipping is free.
Funleader has done several interesting conversions in the past and the Contax G35 f/2 to Leica M conversion is still available.

After the Nikon Z9 announcement this week I saw several comparisons between the Nikon Z9 and the Canon EOS R3 cameras and while I do think the new Z9 is the top of the line Nikon flagship, I believe Canon is not done yet and they still have to release their “real” EOS R1 flagship camera next year.
