Fuji X-T4 and Instax Mini 11 cameras officially announced

The Fuji X-T4 camera is now officially announced. I already reported all the detailed specifications and press release and there is not much left to cover (see hands-on report). Here are the X-T4 main specs:

  • 26.1-megapixel CMOS 4 sensor
  • Quad-Core X Processor 4
  • 5-axis in-body image stabilization (IBIS)
  • ISO range 160-12,800
  • Video in DCI 4K/60p
  • Records F-log footage in 10-bit color
  • Slow motion in Full HD at 240p
  • Film simulation modes including new Eterna Bleach Bypass
  • AF-C subject tracking in low-light conditions
  • New mechanical shutter capable of 15 frames per second
  • Updated 3.69 million pixel/100 fps electronic viewfinder
  • 1.62 million pixel vari-angle LCD screen
  • Battery lasts for up to 600 frames per charge
  • Price: $1,699

Meyer Optik Görlitz confirmed that they will announce six new lenses at the 2020 Photokina show (see also this post):

Sony IM671AQR 43MP BSI 8k sensor – real or fake?

I am not convinced this sensor is real, but here is the rumor – FujiAddict found a reference online for a new Sony IM671AQR 43MP BSI sensor that can do 8k 12-bit video with a high-speed readout.
