Adobe is in the news again for a third week in a row (after "testing" $20 per month Adobe Photography Plan and no longer offering older versions of Photoshop and Lightroom): the company now sent emails to customers warning them about potential legal actions for using older versions of Creative Cloud apps:
"We have recently discountinued certian older versions of Creative Cloud applications and as a result, under the terms of agreement, you are no longer licensed to use them. [...]
Please be aware that should you continue to use the discontinued version(s), you may be at risk of potential claims of infringement by third parties"
