Where are the Sony rumors?

Since the Nikon Z mirrorless system announcement, everyone is waiting to see how Sony will respond. There have not been any reliable rumors on what’s coming next from Sony (except the regular guesses: a7s III, a6700 cameras or maybe new 200-600mm and 24mm f/1.4 GM lenses). Today they announced the world’s toughest and fastest SD card and they also have a countdown timer on their website for an August 30th announcement, but that’s about it.

This is the first picture of the upcoming Tamron SP 15-30mm f/2.8 Di VC USD G2 lens

Tamron will soon announce a new SP 15-30mm f/2.8 Di VC USD G2 full frame DSLR zoom lens – this will be a new version (G2) of the current SP 15-30mm f/2.8 DI VC USD.

The Nikon mount will ship at the end of September, while the Canon mount will become available in October.

The old Tamron SP 15-30mm f/2.8 Di VC USD model was announced in 2014 and released in 2015 and is currently $100 off.
