On Monday Leica will announce a new Super Vario Elmar SL 16-35mm f/3.5-4.5 ASPH full frame mirrorless lens for their SL camera. The new lens will be the 8th full frame mirrorless lens for the Leica L-mount:

Meyer Optik will soon start a Kickstarter funding campaign for another retro lens remake: APO Makro 105mm f/2.7. The price is expected to be $2,999 but you can expect discounts for the first orders. Shipping is scheduled for May 1, 2019. Here are the technical specifications:

Fujinon GF 250mm f/4 R LM OIS WR lens and Fujifilm GFX 50R camera rumored to be announced earlier than expected

FujiAddict reported yesterday that the previously rumored Fujinon GF 250mm f/4 R LM OIS WR lens (pictured above) will be announced on April 12th.

Tokina FíRIN 20mm f/2 FE AF full-frame lens for Sony E-mount additional info

As previously reported, today Tokina announced additional information on their new FíRIN 20mm f/2 FE AF full frame lens for Sony E-mount. The official release date in Japan is Friday, April 20, 2018. The actual shipping date for the rest of the world is June 1st.
The suggested retail price in Japan is 138,000 yen excluding tax (around $1,200 – $1,300). Check the US pricing at B&H (not available at the time of this post).
