→ Canon EF 600mm f/4 DO IS USM lens patent

→ Canon EF 400mm f/2.8L IS USM lens patent with two extenders (1.4x & 1.7x) built-in inside

This morning I came across this DC.Watch post about the Mitakon Zhong Yi Optics CREATOR 135mm f/2.8 II and even though this is an old lens, I don’t think I have covered it here on the blog. The lens comes in Nikon, Canon and Pentax mounts and is priced at $200 depending on the mount.

Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II MFT camera shipping date

Olympus Japan announced that the new OM-D E-M1 Mark II MFT camera and accessories will start shipping on December 22. The US shipping date is currently listed as December 12th at B&H, Adorama and Amazon:

Update: I received some additional information that the Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II camera will start shipping this week in the US and dealers can start selling it on December 12th.
