
PentaxForum reports that Pentax is currently working on a firmware update 1.03 for the Pentax K-5 DSLR camera that will fix the front-focusing issues recently reported on several websites.
The previously rumored Pentax K-5 Silver, 645 25mm f/4 lens and Optio WG-1 got released today. The only still missing camera is the Pentax RZ-18 Optio. Full press releases after the break:

The firmware is available on this site: https://network.pentax.eu. You have to be a registered user in order to download the software. Since there are no release notes, it is unclear what exactly is fixed with this firmware update (maybe they fixed the sensor issue, that made Amazon.de halt the selling of the K-5).
Multiple Pentax k-5 owners have reported stains on their sensors.
