Pentax K-5 II and K-30 DSLR cameras are now discontinued

The Pentax K-5 II and K-30 DSLR cameras are now listed as discontinued at B&H. The Pentax K-5 IIs version (without AA filter) is still available. The K-30 was announced in May 2012, the K-5 II came out in September 2012. The current Pentax DSLR lineup consists of the K-3 and K-50:

Sony reassures that A mount will stay alive

Canon EOS M listed as “no longer available”, new models coming soon

Adorama currently has listed the two different Canon EOS M kits (with 18-55mm and 22mm f/2.0 lenses) as “no longer available”. Another online retailer (OneCall) has also listed the camera as “currently unavailable”: After the recent 50% price drop, the EOS M is listed as backordered at B&H, while Amazon only has discounted the 18-55 EOS M kit. Ricoh GXR camera body and two lens modules listed as discontinued

The Ricoh GXR camera body, GRX + S10 lens kit and GRX + A16 lens kit are all listed as discontinued. Hasselblad H4D-31 is now discontinued

A recent Calumet newsletter indicated that the Hasselblad H4D-31 medium format camera ($11,995) is now discontinued. Some of the H4D-31 kits configurations are also listed as discontinued at B&H. The H4D-31 was introduced in September 2010 and had a huge price reduction last  year.

Pentax K-01 listed as discontinued one year after announcement

The Pentax K-01 fame was short-lived – one year after the camera was announced and few months after the price dropped in half, Pentax Japan officially listed the K-01 as discontinued on their website. I doubt that there will be a replacement.
