Fujifilm announced a wide angle conversion lens WCL-X100 for the X100 camera

Canon to implement machine-only production by 2012

By 2015 Canon is planning to implement a complete robots/machines only camera production. This move was triggered by the expensive yen and the trend of Japanese companies to move productions in other parts of Asia. Read more on Yahoo and Engadget.

What else is new?

Adobe Creative Cloud is now live, here are the different pricing options: Canon filed a patent application in Japan for automatic tracking of celestial objects by shifting the sensor. Canon recently announced the EOS 60Da DSLR camera tailored for astronomy photography. Canon also filed a patent that will allow photographers to obscure some of the embedded EXIF data for privacy.
