Rokinon/Samyang still planning to release a new 50mm f/1.2 lens

A reader contacted Rokinon and asked about the previously rumored 50mm f/1.2 lens. Referring to a Facebook post from February 2014 where Samyang Asia said that they will not release such lens, Rokinon responded that they are still working on a new 50mm lens that will be released “very soon”:
