Pictures of the upcoming Canon EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR camera leaked online

Northlight Images posted several blurry pictures of the upcoming Canon EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR camera. The official announcement date could be August 25, 2016. A new Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS II lens could also be announced as a kit lens for the new 5D camera.

New Olympus and Canon cameras registered at the Indonesian Communication Agency

New Olympus and Canon cameras were recently (July 11th) registered at the Indonesian telecommunication agency. The cameras most likely have built-in Wi-Fi and/or a GPS module. The Olympus IM002 model is made in Vietnam, while the Canon DS126601 is made in Japan. There is also a new Leica camera registered. Via Digicame-info

The latest patents (Olympus full frame mirrorless lens and more)

Olympus filed another patent for a full frame mirrorless lens – 28mm f/1.4. Olympus has already filed other full frame mirrorless lenses in the past (28mm f/2, 35mm f/1.4). Fuji has a new patent for a Fujinon XF 16-55mm f/2.8 OIS lens.
