Samsung is planning to release a new, next generation APS-C sensor for mirrorless cameras in 2014-2015. The above slide was taken from a recent Samsung Analyst Day presentation. The entire PDF file can be downloaded here. All of the latest Samsung NX mirrorless cameras released in the past few years had the same 20.3MP sensor:

New Samsung NXF1 camera (F for full frame?)

Samsung has listed another not-yet-announced camera on their support website – NXF1. This appears to be a completely new camera nomenclature for the NX system. Could the F stand for full frame?

Samsung NX300M camera listed on several websites online

A new filing for a Samsung NX300M camera appeared at the Taiwanese National Communications Commission (NCC) website. I am not sure what the M stands for – it could just be another limited edition kit of the regular NX300 model. Few weeks ago there was also a NX300M listing at one of Samsung’s websites:
