The already leaked Tamron 18-270mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II VC PZD lens (model B008TS) is now officially announced (only for the Japanese market so far). The Tamron SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD G2 lens is now announced together with two new teleconverters. The US price is $1,399 (pre-orders: B&H | Adorama). In addition to the 20mm f/2 Di VC USD, Tamron recently also filed a patent for a 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5 DiII VC USD zoom lens. The patent contains calculations for a 9-18mm f/3.5-4.5 DiII VC USD lens as well.
