Meyer Optik Görlitz contacted me to inform me about a new lens, the progress on their Trioplan 100mm f/2.8 and a note on whether their products are just rebranded Chinese lenses. First, their new lens – it’s a Nocturnus 35mm f/0.95 lens designed for MFT, Sony E and Fuji X mounts. The price is €1,999 (around $2,270):

Adobe released Adobe Lightroom CC 2015.2.1 / 6.2.1. The new version will provide a performance fix related to Import and also fixes crashing bugs identified in the previous release.

The rumor I received is that Voigtlander is considering to start a new line of digital cameras. I don’t have a time frame or any additional details for now.
Cosina recently cleared their inventory by discontinuing several different Zeiss and Voigtlander products.

If this rumor is true and if this turns out to be a new Voigtlander Bessa digital rangefinder similar to the Leica M, it will be a very interesting development.
FIY: there were Voigtlander digital cameras back in 2008 and a digital rangefinder back in 2007 (R-D1 was jointly developed by Seiko Epson and Cosina).
