Chinese flash storage maker Longsys acquires Lexar

After Micron discontinued the Lexar memory cards retail business in June this year, they did confirm that they are exploring opportunities to sell all or part of the Lexar business. Yesterday the Chinese flash storage maker Longsys officially announced that they acquired Lexar – from the press release:
