The Fuji Guys hinted on Twitter that a new firmware update for the X-Pro1 that will address the aperture chatter/clacking will be released soon. Now if only Adobe can add RAW support for the camera… Here is a video demonstrating the X-Pro1 aperture chatter/clacking issue:
The two new firmware updates for the X10 and X100 cameras can be downloaded at fujifilm.com: X10 firmware update ver.1.03 X100 firmware update ver.1.13 The X10 update should fix the “sensor blooming” issue.
In their Fuji X10 test, when shooting at bright lights, Dpreview found “white discs” surrounding the light source that are caused by sensor blooming. Fujifilm promised a firmware update that will “lessen the effects of blooming”:

The new firmware for the A65 and A77 SLT cameras will probably be released in mid-October, 2011. Firmware version 1.03 was already spotted in a recent Sony event in Thailand (see picture above). Update: the new firmware v1.11 is now official for the 645D, K-5 and K-r cameras. Pentax UK has a new firmware version 1.11 for the K-5 and K-r cameras listed on their website. The download links are not active yet. Expect the firmware to be released in the next few days.
