DCfever.com published some sample images taken with the Tamron SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD lens ($1,069.00). The lens is expected to start shipping on January 17 on the US. The detailed technical specifications can be found here.

Tamron announced the Japanese released date and price for the SP 150-600mm F/5-6.3 Di VC USD (model A011) lens: ¥140,000 (around $1,350), shipping will start on December 19th (update: the US press release is now up and the release date is listed as January 17, 2014, the US price will be $1069):
