Three new PowerShot cameras from Canon

Canon announced three new compact cameras: PowerShot ELPH 330 HS ($229), ELPH 115 IS ($169) and A2500 ($129).

New: Tokina AT-X 70-200mm f/4 PRO FX VCM-S and AT-X 12-28 f/4 PRO DX lenses

Last year at the CP+ show in Japan Tokina displayed a prototype of their new AT-X 70-200mm f/4 PRO FX VCM-S lens (full frame). This lens is now officially announced (see technical specs here). In addition, Tokina also announced a new AT-X 12-28 f/4 PRO DX lens (technical specs).

Pentax Q10 Evangelion special edition camera

Pentax Japan announced three new Evangelion special edition Q10 mirrorless cameras. The technical specs are the same as the original Q10 model. A total of 1,500 units will be produced for distribution in Japan only. Shipping will start in April 2013 with a price tag of ¥59,800 ($660). Via Engadget
